In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "56vipph," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 56vipph online gaming platform, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 56vipph platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the 56vipph platform.
• "Services" means all gaming products, promotional offers, payment facilities, customer support, and other features made available through 56vipph.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account under a promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Philippine Peso (₱) or equivalent and held in the Player's account wallet.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or participation in online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.

By accessing the 56vipph platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services provided, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 56vipph platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

56vipph reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of updated terms at login. Failure to accept updated terms will restrict access to real-money gaming features until acceptance is recorded.

Use of the 56vipph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and continuously during the use of the Services:

56vipph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming Services on 56vipph, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 56vipph platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 56vipph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and historical wagers placed through duplicate Accounts, and forfeit all balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 56vipph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 56vipph support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

56vipph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 56vipph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

56vipph currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment, USDT cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice at the discretion of 56vipph or the relevant payment processor.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank are subject to standard interbank processing times, typically within one (1) to three (3) banking hours during regular banking hours. 56vipph does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support outward transfers. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the 56vipph cashier page.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 56vipph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. 56vipph bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PHP value of cryptocurrency transactions.

All promotional offers published by 56vipph are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated in full on the respective promotion page. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements apply only to Bonus Funds. Real Money Balance deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing rules.
• 56vipph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered will not be retrospectively voided without cause.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms, typically thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit.

All games available on the 56vipph platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gaming provisions apply across all game categories:

7.1 Game Integrity

All non-live games on the 56vipph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure that all outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by the platform, the game provider, or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome — including server disconnections, software errors, or display anomalies — 56vipph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. Malfunction voids play. No compensation will be provided for alleged winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioning game session.

7.3 Disputed Outcomes

Game outcome records maintained by 56vipph's server logs constitute the authoritative record of all wagers and results. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on a Player's device and the server record, the server record shall prevail. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 56vipph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of gaming accounts as a conduit for the processing of illicit funds.
• Employing automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately. Winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 56vipph staff or other Players.

56vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming as both a legal obligation under PAGCOR regulations and a core operational value. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in effect on the platform at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications that alert them when a specified time threshold has been reached during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a self-determined period. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for real-money gaming.

All content appearing on the 56vipph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of 56vipph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 56vipph.

Any unauthorized use of 56vipph intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other applicable legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 56vipph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or any of its Services.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account data, except where such access results from 56vipph's own negligence.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting platform availability, including those caused by third-party service providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform, it being acknowledged that all gaming involves risk and that past results do not predict future outcomes.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors due to technical malfunction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 56vipph's liability for death or personal injury caused by 56vipph's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

56vipph collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed in full by the 56vipph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of responsible gaming tools. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent.

56vipph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notification displayed upon login to the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Material amendments — defined as changes that substantially affect Player rights, financial obligations, or dispute resolution procedures — will be communicated with a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice before taking effect. Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof — including determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation between the parties. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of the commencement of mediation proceedings, the dispute shall be referred to and finally determined by the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
